About the Project: Located in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this 12,000-square-meter strip mall redefines the shopping experience with a sleek, modern design that honors traditional retail architecture. Our team was responsible for the full range of architectural services, from conceptual design and renderings through to building permit and construction drawings, ensuring a seamless transition from vision to reality.

The design captures a harmonious blend of contemporary aesthetics and practical functionality. The mall’s dynamic facade, marked by angular rooflines and a thoughtful mix of textures, creates a striking visual rhythm that draws shoppers in. Expansive glass windows line the building, welcoming natural light and allowing clear views of the stores, enhancing both the ambiance and visibility for retailers. A prominent canopy shelters shoppers while adding to the mall’s distinct identity, its geometric lines echoing the architectural language of the facade.

The individual retail frontages feature clean, minimalist designs with large display windows, inviting exploration and creating a seamless flow between stores. An outdoor seating area offers a relaxing space for visitors to unwind, surrounded by thoughtfully landscaped greenery that softens the urban setting. The choice of materials, warm tones, and natural elements fosters a sense of comfort and familiarity, blending modernity with a connection to the local context.
